All hotel rooms must be booked by the customer. * Your coordinator can only provide a list of hotel recommendations.
When booking your room online your Love Corps Royal Decorator can be added as an accommodating guest to gain access to room key upon arrival. (To provide decorating services only). Please check with hotel staff directly for any further instructions. All hotels have different policies when allowing access to room keys.
Some hotels require a incidental fee at time of check in before they will allow access to your room key to anyone. You must call hotel to make arrangements to pay the fee if you will not be able to physically check in before the decorator arrives.
All Hotel Packages require a booking (non-refundable) deposit. This will secure your booking date.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to event scheduled time.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled event. Rescheduled date arrangements can be made in place of any cancellation to avoid lost of refund.
